Allocation Master - Member Shifts
Introduction
Member shifts are used to generate shift types which are reflected in the Client Allocations while viewing the member shift.
How to Access Member Shifts?
To access Member Shifts:
Click Masters → Allocation Master → Member Shifts (as shown in the below screenshot).
2. You can view all the Member Shifts details (as shown in the below screenshot).
How to Add New Allocation Shift?
To add a new allocation shift:
Click “+ Add New Allocation Shifts”
Fill in all the required details and click the green tick button to save the details (as shown in the below screenshot). Once you have created the Allocation Shift in the Allocation Master, it is visible in the Client Allocations.
Filter Name | Description |
---|---|
Client Name | Select the client name from the drop-down. |
Shift Name | Mention the shift type. |
Shift Description | Briefly describe the shift. |
Shift Priority | Set the shift priority in numerical order. |
Start & End Time | It defines the start and end times of the shift. |
Shift Nominated Types | Select the shift which you want to nominate against the Shift Name. |
Nominate Shift Type Text to view in Invoices | The text will be reflected in invoices. |
Status | Set the status to Active/Inactive. |
If this is an Overtime Shift Type for payroll | Tick this option if the overtime shift type is for payroll. |
If this Shift Type is Super Exempted | Tick this option if the shift type is super exempted. |
Show in Booking | Tick this option if you want to show it in the shift booking. |
Client Default | Select Yes/No from the options. |
How to Edit Allocation Shift?
To edit an allocation shift:
Click on the edit icon.
Update the required details and click the green tick button to save the details (as shown in the below screenshot).
