Allocation Master - Colour Priority

Introduction

You can input new or update colours through colour priority which you can utilize while creating or editing shift sections in the Allocation Section (as shown in the below screenshot).

In the end result, the colours are visible on the Client Allocation screen through the Allocation Screen (as shown in the below screenshot).

How to Access Colour Priority?

To access Colour Priority:

  1. Click Masters → Allocation Master → Colour Priority (as shown in the below screenshot).

2. You can view the Colour Priority details (as shown in the below screenshot).

How to Add a New Colour?

To add a new colour:

  1. Click on the “+ Add New Color”.

  2. Fill in the required details and click the green tick button to save the details (as shown in the below screenshot).

Colour Code

The Colour code will be automatically generated when the colour is selected from the drop-down beside the Color Name.

Colour Name

Mention the colour name.

Status

Set the status to Active or Inactive.

How to Edit a Colour?

To edit a colour:

  1. Click on the edit icon.

  2. Fill in the required details and click the green tick button to save the details (as shown in the below screenshot).
