TBC Interviews

This is where the user can find applicants that have an interview scheduled but have not yet been notified of the time and date of their appointment. This feature can be used when a user wishes to organise the internal recruiter rosters or if a recruiter wants to proactively organise their recruitment schedule before ringing applicants.

This is sorted by Reporting Office. You can Either Click “TBC Interviews” to bring up all applications or select the specific office to only see the applicants within that area.

Within this screen, you see the following Columns.

R - If you select this it will download the resume.
DATE OF APPLY - this shows the date they applied
STATUS
PROCESS
NAME - Of applicant
INDUSTRY - The industry the applicant applied for
QUALIFICATION- The qualification the applicant applied for
GENDER - Male, Female, Other
STATE
SUBURB
OFFICE
RECRUITER
REF CODE - If the applied-for job released from entire it will show the details
JOB SOURCE - How did the applicant apply
INTERVIEW DATE AND TIME

You need to either decline or book in for an interview.
