Customise the Recruitment Dashboard
Introduction
The Recruitment dashboard is one of the frequently visited windows. To make this window more engaging, we have introduced Customise Dashboard feature.
Colour the folders
You can now switch from the previous all-blue-dashboard to your own colourful dashboard. You can change the colour of any of the folder by following way-
1. Go to Customise Dashboard.
2. A list of all the folders will open up. Click on the square (shown below) against the folder which you want to colour.
3. Choose your favourite colour from the colour card.
4. Scroll down and click Update. The changes will be applied to your dashboard.
5. Click Close to close the pop-up.
Enjoy working on your new dashboard!
Rename the folders
You can rename the folders on your dashboard to make it all more fun. You can rename any of the folders by following way -
1. Go to Customise Dashboard.
2. Click on the pencil icon .
3. Rename any of the folders of your choice.
4. Scroll down and click Update. The changes will be applied to your dashboard.
5. Click Close to close the pop-up.

Rearrange the folders
You can arrange the folders on your dashboard according to your priority and choice. You can rearrange the given order of the folders by following way -
1. Go to Customise Dashboard.
2. A list of all the folders will open up. Click and hold the drag icon (shown below) in front of the folder which you want to move.
3. Drop the folder at preferred position in the list.
4. Scroll down and click Update. The changes will be applied to your dashboard.
5. Click Close to close the pop-up.
Enjoy working on your new dashboard!
Hide the folders
1. Go to Customise Dashboard.
2. A list of all the folders will open up. Untick the checkbox (shown below) in front of the folder which you want to hide from the dashboard.
3. Scroll down and click Update. The changes will be applied to your dashboard.
4. Click Close to close the pop-up.
Enjoy working on your new dashboard!
To unhide a folder, tick the checkbox against the preferred folder. All the folders with a ticked checkbox will be visible on the dashboard.
The customised dashboard feature is applicable to every user account. Every user can change the appearance of their dashboard. Don’t be surprised if Bob sees a different dashboard when he logins as Frank. The dashboard customisations will appear according to the user account and not according to Bob or Frank (the user) .
