Job Application Central Board
Introduction
The Job Application Central Board is used to keep track of applications posted by the recruiter on Seek. This will help recruiters in keeping track of the jobs posted by them and receive analytics of the applications on the respective job ID.
How to access Job Application Central Board?
You can access the job application central board from the Recruitment Dashboard in following way-
Go to Recruitment Dashboard.
Find the folder with title Job Source (unless you have renamed it).
You will see a list mentioning different job IDs and name of the respective recruiter who posted it in the format jobID# - Name of Recruiter. The list will appear blank if no jobs have been posted on Seek or Broadbean by any of the staff.
Click on any of the job ID.
You will be redirected to Job Application Central Board (as shown below).
What are the different features of Job Application Central Board?
The central board will give complete details and analytics about the jobs posted on Seek/Broadbean by the respective recruiter.
The highlighted section (shown below) will give details of the job posted.

Client Name | Name of the Client on whose behalf job has been posted |
Industry | Name of the industry to which the job posted belongs |
Qualification | Qualification required for the job posted |

The highlighted section (shown below) will give detailed analytics of the applications received on the respective job posted.

Applications started | Total number of applications which have started on the job posted, irrespective of whether they have been completed or not |
Applications received | Total number of applications which have been submitted successfully on the job portal (Seek/Broadbean) |
Applications missed | Total number of applications which have not been submitted on the job portal (Seek/Broadbean) and are treated as missed applications |
Conversion % | total number of applications submitted successfully / total number of applications started |
Missed % | total number of applications missed / total number of applications started |
Mobile % | total number of applications received from mobile |
Others % | total number of applications received from web browsers |
View job details | Click to edit and update the job posted |

Missed Applications | Total number of applications which are not submitted and treated as missed by the system |
The details filled by the applicant in the Casual Application page will be recorded in the highlighted section (shown below).
