How you can check updates on tickets via JIRA portal (For Clients)

If you are not sure how to check the updates on the Jira ticket, then you are in the correct place. This article helps you to know how to track updates on your tickets.

  • You need to login into your Jira account. The link is below for the same:

  • After that, you will be landed on a page which is shown below -

 

  • Click on the request Icon which is located on the top right-hand side of the page. Please see below -

     

  • Then you will get the list of the ticket which is created by you:
