Any Shift finishing after 8pm - the whole shift is paid out as a PM rates
Sleepovers would be broken down
- 1500-2300 s/o 0700-0900
  - 1500-2300 - PM Rate
  - 2300-0700 - S/O Flat rate
  - 0700-0900 - AM Rate
There are no protocols or overtime set up
