Why is the Allocations padlock suddenly orange?

If the Allocation's padlock turns to orange when the member uploads a shift document directly to the shift.

Tip i: (this is usually for documents like care plans and job reports for a shift).

Tip ii: (sometimes member's accidentally upload their timesheets here if it's their first time on the app! - good to check!)

To view/download the document:

1. Select the shift

2. Click on the blue document icon 

3. Click on the blue text of the document
