Difference between Location Documents and Shift Documents
Shift documents have to be uploaded from the allocations screen as shown in the screenshot below.
These documents are once-off for that particular shift only.
Client Location documents attached to the client details page will be shown to all members working at that particular client location only. Refer to the screenshot on where to attach the Location documents.
On Staff-Portal Select a Client > Documents Tab > +Add New Document
(Example: Care Plan Instructions for that client location can be attached here. So that, all members who are going to work at that location can view them in their Apps). To show the Location documents, the settings have to be enabled in the Online permissions tab as shown in the screenshot below.
In members, App. documents are shown under the following icons when they are selected on a shift
