How to end a User Session

EntireRecruit licensing works through concurrent users. This means if you have a subscription of 5 license's you can have a maximum of 5 users logged in at any given time.

If a user does accidentally stay logged in you can manually end their session for them.

Please follow the below steps to end a user session.

1. Access Masters > EntireHR Users

1. Anyone highlighted in green is currently logged in, so click the Standby icon against the user you want to end the session for.
