How to view and track Debit/Credit Notes

As our financial system does not deal with payments or anything like that, hence when a debit note is used - this would be tracked in your account software like MYOB/ZERO, as the invoice is generated by our system, when this information is entered into your accounting software, it would show in that system and when you receive payments it would then show if the debit was used or not
