How to Send Credit / Debit Notes to Clients

To send Credit / Debit notes to clients direct from Entire OnHire please follow the below steps.

  1. Select Reports > Invoice > Print Credit/Debit Note

 

2. Select Debit Note or Credit Note

3. Choose the Period ending date for Credit/ Debit notes

4. Select Submit to obtain all Debit or Credit notes for selected period ending.

Please note the Service Location, Credit/Debit Number, Linked Invoice Number and Docket Number are all optional fields to specify data sets if required.

  1. In the next screen select Send to the Credit/Debit notes you wish to Clients via email.

Select the Print in the bottom right if you would like a summary or all debit notes raise for selected data set.
