CBA (CommBank) does not accept my ABA file

If your ABA is not being accepted please consider the reasons below and contact the bank to change or update the wording of account names

1. CBA (CommBank) has two types of accounts. Personal/Standard or Business/Company

   1. Personal / Standard accounts

      1. limit ABA file submission to 50 lines

      2. do NOT accept any special character in account names (#&*/ - .)

   2. Business accounts

      1. allow 1000+lines

      2. restrict some special characters in account names (#/*&) but not - and .
