Why does the Staff Performance and Daily Booking Report never match?

Our Staff performance report is all about the touch points and action of a shift, therefore there could be 1 shift

  • Entered by Sarah

  • Booked by Bobby

  • Then it could have been edited and a reconfirmation has occurred by Stacy

Therefore there could be one shift but Sarah, Bobby and Stacey would all have this added to their total within that report

Plus this report will work on all shifts touch, entered, confirmed etc within that period regardless of the actual shift date

Whereas the Daily booking report is all about the shifts that are occurring or being completed within this period of the actual shift dates regardless of when it was enterd
